If you see the word "OPEN" in the table below, we need more volunteers for that evening. Please contact David or Mechelle Kutach to sign up!

For the Friday night Varsity games please try to arrive as close to 3:30 pm as possible if you can help with set up, although we understand that many of you will not be able to make it until the Concession Stand opens at around 5:30 pm.  You will be relieved by Athletic Boosters before the Half Time Show. PLEASE NOTE: You must enter at the Pass Gate and sign a log for concession stand volunteers. This is a requirement from the Athletic Booster Club.

For the Thursday JV evening games please try to arrive as close to 1.5 hrs before the start of the game to help with set up.

If you can just arrive early for set up and preparation that would also be a great help.  This would be from 3:30 – 6:00 pm on a Friday night and 1.5 hrs before the start of the games on a Thursday night.
